A.
To use the Dermalogica Hero Cleansing Duo, start with dry hands and a dry face. Apply the PreCleanse oil to your face, massaging in circular motions to dissolve makeup and impurities. Add water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with the Special Cleansing Gel, applying a small amount to dampened face and neck, and rinse with warm water.
Q.
How much of the Dermalogica Hero Cleansing Duo should I apply each time?
A.
For each use, apply a 10-cent coin-sized amount of the PreCleanse oil and a pea-sized amount of the Special Cleansing Gel.
Q.
Should the Dermalogica Hero Cleansing Duo be rinsed off or left on the skin?
A.
Both the PreCleanse oil and the Special Cleansing Gel should be rinsed off thoroughly with warm water after application.
Q.
How is the Dermalogica Hero Cleansing Duo different from regular cleansing products?
A.
The Dermalogica Hero Cleansing Duo is designed to provide a double cleanse, effectively removing makeup, sunscreen, and impurities without stripping the skin, unlike regular cleansers that may not fully remove all residues.

A.
The Dermalogica Hero Cleansing Duo is designed to address skin concerns such as excess oil, clogged pores, and makeup residue. Avoid using it on broken or irritated skin.
